Welcome to Scotts Garden, an organic market garden located in the hamlet of Riber overlooking Matlock and the surrounding countryside. We are accredited by the Soil Association which guarantees the integrity of our system and allows for our produce to be grown just as nature intended.
The aim of the business is to provide the local community with good quality vegetables and fruit, grown in season that can be bought fresh from the farm, at local Farmers Markets or delivered straight to your door! By growing locally and buying locally, you know that what you are about to eat has traveled a very short distance to your plate.
Here on our website you'll find details about our business and our brand new delivery scheme, as well as information on what's growing this season and what is ready to eat. We will also be cooking with you and providing recipes to inspire you to get the most from what you buy from Scotts Garden.
By going straight to 'Growing at altitude', you can find out how all of this came about and get an introduction to the driving force behind the garden,
